Littlebeck Blooms blossomed in 2024, influenced by a love of cut flowers and floristry passed down to April across four generations. April has worked within the agricultural/horticultural sector's corporate world for the last decade. Several years after moving to her husband's family farm in the beautiful valley of Littlebeck in Whitby, April has decided to move away from corporate life and follow in her family's footsteps - growing high quality, locally grown cut flowers and producing beautiful floristry. With a degree in Conservation Biology and Ecology and a Master's degree in Agroecology, April is keen to embed agroecological cultivation methods across the flower farm, working sustainably to promote soil health and biodiversity. At Littlebeck Blooms we strive to use our own flowers as much as possible, occasionally buying in beautiful blooms from other British growers with the same values. Our farm stand can be found in the gateway to our farm, stocked with seasonal British blooms!
