Hi, my name is Catrin and this is my first year flower farming. I'm growing in one of the fields at home, using the no dig method in the polytunnel and in the beds outside. I'm hoping to be able to sell bouquets directly to customers and hopefully sell wholesale to local florists and wedding florists. I'm currently studying RHS level 2 in Practical and Principle studies of horticulture at Coleg Sir Gar and Aberglasney Gardens. I'm hoping to hold workshops too including wreath making, flower crowns, seed sowing and an extra special herbal tea workshop with a local herbalist. My small business is called Gardd Ty Sue, after my late mother because the land im growing on was hers. Ty Sue, "Sue's house" is pronounced in welsh as Tee sw, and it just so happens that is the Welsh pronunciation of 'bouquet' Tusw o flodau.
