About

My name is Poppy Gardner, and I am a grower and florist (by name and by nature!) based in South Bristol (Totterdown / Knowle). As well as growing a diverse selection of flowers and foliage in my micro cutting garden, I am also a wedding and events florist and stylist. I also create hand-tied, seasonally led bouquets with local delivery, as well as delivering flower workshops and consultancy services for individuals and businesses. Before retraining with the Royal Horticultural Society, I studied languages and illustration and worked in the creative industries as a studio manager. As well as being inspired by the seasons, I also take inspiration from mid-century design, the painterly arrangements of Constance Spry and Gertrude Jekyll, and the palettes of painters Cy Twombly, Gerhard Richter, and Paula Rego.
