DESCRIPTION:I have 4 flower farm tours this year.\n12 April 10-11.30 am\n17 June 6.30-8pm\n23 August 10-11.00\n11 October 10-11.30pm \nThe tours are a full look behind the scenes of the working of the flower farm from the seed sowing in the greenhouse and propagation to the growing methods used in the outdoor beds. We will also see where the conditioning of flower stems happens and the arranging of flowers before they head off to their destination be it a wedding or as a gift bouquet. 2025 will see new beds being made and filled with glorious blooms as I grow more to meet demand.\nI follow no dig and organic growing principles with a mix of annuals\, perennials and shrubs. DESCRIPTION:Come along for another workshop on the farm – this time we’ll be using flowers grown and dried here over the previous summer to make beautiful dried flower wreaths. Using homegrown willow as a base\, we’ll make cute little dried flower posies and tie them to the base to create a natural home decoration to remind you of summer for years to come. \nAs with all my workshops\, this is a chance to switch off and enjoy some time creating with nature\, an opportunity to hopefully lose yourself in making something and take something flowery home that you’re proud to have created. \nWe will be in the barn if the weather is wet but wear sturdy shoes regardless as the yard is often muddy and dress warmly if it’s cold as the barn is not heated! \nCost: £45.00 \nHow to Book: Via the website here
